Check-In & Check-Out

On arrival day your room is available for check-in after 2:00 p.m.  On departure day check-out time is 10:00 a.m.  Please be aware that we will not always be able to reserve a specific room number for you.

Reservations & Deposits

After we have sent your our reservation acceptance, we request that you transfer a deposit amounting to € 150 per room (no fees shall be incurred by the payee!) to our account at the Raiffeisenbank Zell am Ziller, Account No. 42.226, Branch No. 36360, IBAN: AT 42 3636 0000 0004 2226, BIC: RZTIAT22360. Please supply a precise name and your reservation dates. In the event of premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you for the room until the scheduled departure date stipulated in your reservation. In all other instances, cancellation conditions are in accordance with those stipulated in Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines (AGBH).

Payment by credit card is NOT accepted! - Austrian ATM and Maestro cards are accepted !
