Check-In: please check in after 2:00 p.m. (if you expect to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know in advance).  Please note that we are not always in a position to offer you the precise room number you have requested.

Check-Out: by 10:00 a.m. of departure day

The Sonnenhof "Pampering Package" begins on the day you arrive with dinner and ends on departure day with breakfast.

Deposits: After sending you our booking confirmation, we ask that you make a deposit of € 150 per room by means of a bank transfer (no fees shall be incurred by the payee) to the following bank: Raiffeisenbank Zell am Ziller, Account No. 42.226, Branch No. 36360, IBAN: AT 42 3636 0000 0004 2226, BIC: RZTIAT22360. Please supply your precise name and the names of others potentially included in your reservation, your address and reservation dates!  In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you for the dates stipulated in your original reservation.

 Guests may only take advantage of one special offer or rebate per booking and cash payment.

Bills, deposits may not be charged to your credit card! - Payment by Austrian ATM/Maestro Card is possible (please contact your bank to find out what your daily limit is!)

Dogs: permitted by arrangement (not allowed in our Exclusive and Family Rooms): € 8 per day, pet food not included. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or the bathing area.

Cancellation conditions reflect those stipulated in Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines AGBH.
